Mind-body based on lifestyle modification could boost your mental health

I am one of the people who believe healthcare should focus on prevention more. I have heard that meditation and mindfulness help clear the mind and concentration. This article brings the daily meditation exercise to a different level. The three phases of clinical application include ethical and spiritual living and self-care leading to self-actualization. How many of us struggle to find our purpose in this disoriented world? We need more of this kind of approach for our whole person's health.
